First Steps of All Staff (After the initial Interview.)

• Your first priority is to make sure you have attained your uniform. *Instructors are not required to wear a uniform.

  Once presentable, report to the Seneschal. Make an effort to introduce yourself right away.  Do not make the Seneschal come looking for you.

• Staff report directly to the Seneschal. If no Seneschal is in place, Staff will report to the Okaasan. 
   

•  

  If anyone asks you do to things that are dangerous, harmful, abusing or degrading in such a manner to you or the Company, you are to report such things to the Seneschal right away. ​

 

• Disloyalty is rewarded with banishment.

Staff Duties

Staff shall maintain an impeccable appearance in both themselves and their work. 

​

Duties include:

• Ensuring the care and upkeep of the Ochaya.

• Attending to guests and residents if no Geisha are available.

• Ensuring that the Ochaya is secure and safe by reporting incidents right away to Security. 

• Remaining proactive in maintaining the gloriousness that is the Hanakotoba Ochaya.

• Reporting issues and concerns to the Seneschal regarding other staff and the Ochaya.
